The Site Plan

The first page of the plans and specifications: the journey a person is invited to walk, the three surfaces that carry it, and the shape this library takes so that its table of contents is the path. Continuously improved; every page that crosses into this wiki is registered here the same week.

The Journey

someone who loves you carries the Story to you
        ↓
THE DOOR — lionsberg.world, on any phone
        ↓
THE STORY — the Seed: ten minutes to read, fifteen to hear
        ↓
THE GATE — give your word · name your three · take your name
↓ (an identity you own · your first kept commitment · the Roll · the Flame)
THE GUIDE — the Vision · the rules · the five moves · the stakes, in one hour
        ↓
THE GAME — find or form a Cell · a role · one Quest
↓ (your Playcard, the Master Plan already on its upper half)
THE HEARTBEAT — each week: fill the card · keep your word · see your Cell on the wall
        ↓
PASS THE FLAME — carry the Story to your three, in your own voice
        ↓
THE BOOK · THE WAY · THE PLAN · THE PATH — as deep as you will go
        ↓
THE ECCLESIA — Cells federate by nomination; councils tend the Kit; the wall is changed by submittal

There is never a dead end. Every page ends with the next step. Every step is recorded once, in a record the person can carry away. One identity, one cascade visible everywhere, one page shape at every scale, and one loop — Pass the Flame — that turns a player into a carrier.

The Three Surfaces

The world — lionsberg.world. Where a person acts: the Door, the Gate, the Board, the Playcard, the Cell, the Dashboard. Alive.

The library — this wiki. Where a person reads, and what hangs where every crew can see it: the Story, the Guide, the rules of the Game, the Way, the Plan, the Kit, and LIØNSBERG Mission Control. True. Changed only by submittal.

The engine. The record beneath both: players, Cells, seasons, Quests, commitments, the Roll, the Flame, the Master Plan with its dates and float. It has no face of its own; the world renders it into a person's pages, and the library's walls read from it. Changed only by play.

A Playcard on the world is this library's Playcard, the true words, filled with the engine's record for one player. Mission Control here is the room; the Master Plan on its wall is drawn live from the engine. The Board on the world is the engine's Cells and Quests as the Game shows them. The Book is the library alone.

The Shape of the Library

The top level is the journey's stations, in order:

Station Holds
00 The Gates the Golden Seed · the Invitation · Reaching Us
The Guide (lead you into the story)
01 The Story the ØNE Book — the Story and the Vision
02 The Guide AURELLIØN's Guide · Welcome · the Prolegomenon · the trust layer
03 The Game the rulebook · the Game on One Page · the Quick Start · the seasons · the players
04 The Way the Lexicon (what) · the Pattern Language (how) · the Playbook (when)
05 The Plan the Strategy · the Milestones · the twelve Pillars · Plans and Specifications, with the engine's specification inside · LIØNSBERG Mission Control
06 The Toolkit the Prototype · the Toolkit · the agents
07 The Path the Gates · the belts · formation
08 The Commons lives on the world, not here; this station holds only its description
09 The Workshop small and honest: what is being forged, and the door to the quarry

The descent of the core documents — Door · Context · Intention · Trust · Vision · Strategy · Action · Code · Formation · Emergence — lies across these stations, so the Book's arc and the library's shape are one shape. From every page the cascade is visible: you are here, under ØNE, under LIØNSBERG, under this station.

The Laws of the Library

  • One page at a time. A page crosses from the quarry only when it has been read whole, cohered to current best understanding, and resonated. Nothing crosses by script.
  • Every page whole, uniquely named. No fragments; no two pages with one name.
  • Every link resolves. A page with a dangling link does not cross. This is checked mechanically, every day.
  • A term is defined once, in the Lexicon, and linked from everywhere else.
  • What conflicts or does not belong is excluded, and the exclusion is written down where the question was met.
  • Provenance lives in the record, never on the page. The page is the canon; its making is in git and the Decision Log.
  • Status on every page: cohered, or forging.
  • The quarry fades as it is mined. A page firmly behind us is retired from the old library; memory keeps it, perhaps.

The Registry

Every page in this library, and what it must keep in step with.

Page Station Keep in step with
The Site Plan 05 · The Plan · Plans and Specifications every new page; the journey as the Game proves it; the three surfaces as they are built

Next to cross: LIØNSBERG Mission Control · Pass the Flame · the Golden Seed. Until they do, they are named here in plain words, because a link that does not resolve does not cross.
